You read that right. A duvet, for your pillow.

The Pillow Duvet is a quilted cover made from soft organic cotton with a layer of Wisewool™ inside. The wool is needle-punched into a single sheet that holds its own shape. Your pillow zips inside and the wool wraps all the way around it, like a sleeping bag. It is not a pillow on its own.

Keep the pillow you already like. The wool layer adds padding and a softer, fuller feel. One customer told us it put new life into their flat feather pillows.

It also gives moisture somewhere to go. Wool absorbs up to a third of its own weight in moisture without feeling damp, then gives it back to the air. That is how it helps regulate temperature on a pillow that sleeps warm. Polyester absorbs under one percent.

It is also what makes our New Zealand Wool Pillow a Deluxe. If you already have a Classic, zip it inside and you have the same thing.

Nothing is applied to the wool. Each one is cut and sewn by hand in our Auckland workroom, and it comes off to be machine washed cold.
