Lifeguard Health is a New Zealand supplement brand founded by Dr Roderick Mulgan, a GP with over 25 years of clinical experience and a special interest in healthy ageing, inflammation and immunity.
Our mission is simple: to provide evidence-based supplements in NZ that genuinely support people 45+ to stay active, independent and well for longer. Every Lifeguard formula is guided by clinical research and grounded in what Dr Mulgan has seen work in real patients over decades of practice.
